We guarantee all StunMasterStunGuns.Com products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Please submit a support request to begin the RMA process. Remember to include your order number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow us to resell.

All returns MUST be authorized by StunMasterStunGuns.Com BEFORE product(s) is returned. Packages received that are missing a RMA number on the outside will be returned to sender.

All products must be returned in the original packaging.

StunMasterStunGuns.Com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at our discretion.

Non defective items (see below for exceptions on DVD's and Pepper Spray) can be returned for refund but subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from StunMasterStunGuns.Com.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of StunMasterStunGuns.Com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions will be provided by StunMasterStunGuns.Com. No returns for refund will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

Items that are returned as defective but are found to be in working condition will be returned to the customer after a fee of $19.95 has been received.  This fee covers our inspection time and return shipping.

DVD’s: All sales on DVD’s are final. Refunds for DVDs will not be issued. Defective DVDs can be returned for replacement with another copy.

Pepper Spray: All sales on pepper spray are final.  We will replace incorrectly shipped items or defective items only.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
